Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer.

•Provide L1, L2, and L3 Production Support and assistance to the Business Service.

•Operations Team to service Operational Requests.

•Continuous awareness and contribution towards technology/application.

•Manage SLAs and monitor production services.

•Trouble shooting to resolve bottlenecks and take corrective actions.

•Use tools and automation opportunities to increase productivity.

•Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance with all internal controls.

•Communicate with the relevant project teams regarding resolving technical / application issues related to support activities.

•Comply with Group Compliance Policy.

•0-4 Years of relevant working experience in the application support area.

•Expertise in UNIX, SQL, Java, CNTL-M, and DataStage.

•Should have experience in Db2, Oracle, and Sybase.

•Experience on WAS Server.

•Oracle SQL knowledge is a must.

•Exposure to UNIX commands and Shell scripting.

•Experience working in the banking domain is preferred.

•Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

•Experience in handling L1 and L2 production support.
