Roles & Responsibilities
- Generating revenue for the company by selling products to prospective professionals
- Making outbound phone calls
- Analyzing customer requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Converting telephone inquiries into admissions
- Achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Adhering to processes and quality standards

The upGrad internship will be for a period of 6 months.
